R.A. bill will be submitted once in a month.75% of the value of the bill (minus the advance recovery amount)
will be released within 7days of receipt of the bill Rest of these payment will be released after due certification by client’s
representative of the actual works completed at site.
5% of the total order value will be kept as retention money.
Payment shall be made in favor of “SAI SANITATION.” Within 7days from the date of invoice raised.
Any Legal Proceedings Shall Be Decided In Goa Jurisdiction Only.
